Femi Adeleye
Director, Africa
Femi has been involved in developing leaders and preachers across Africa for many years. Femi also works as the Director of the Institute for Christian Impact (ICI) - an initiative to nurture a new generation of leaders to impact Africa with kingdom values. Previously he worked for 32 years with the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES) strengthening leadership development and cross-cultural mission within Africa and beyond.
Femi is a Langham Scholar, an alumnus of the Wheaton Graduate School, the University of Edinburgh and the Akrofi-Christaller Institute of Theology, Mission and Culture in Ghana.
He currently lives in Accra, Ghana, is married to Affy and they are blessed with four children.

Igor Améstegui
Director, Latin America
Igor has been involved with Langham Preaching since 2007, and now has responsibility for the work across Latin America. He was born in the city of La Paz, Bolivia and then studied psychology in Cochabamba in Bolivia, a city that is still his home.
Prior to Langham Preaching, he worked with Bolivia’s Christian University Fellowship, a movement affiliated with the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES), first as a worker in Cochabamba and then as Secretary General. He then worked as a clinical psychologist and university teacher.
He is married to Charito and they have three adult children and a grand-daughter.

Jennifer Cuthbertson
Coordinator for Facilitator Development
Jennifer’s responsibilities give her a global focus and they include providing written resources such as the monthly HELP, the Preaching Club resource book, and From Bible Passage to Biblical Sermon. She also equips our facilitators around the world through adult education workshops.
She and her husband Martin have been married for over 45 years and they have two married children and three grandchildren plus a gorgeous black Standard Poodle service dog. Together as a family, they lived in several African, Asian and Middle Eastern countries before settling in Canada in 1991. Since June 2017, they’ve lived in Cornelius, North Carolina in the USA, close to family.
Before Langham Preaching, Jennifer worked for 24 years with Youth With a Mission (YWAM) directing, teaching and training teachers within the School of Biblical Studies and the Biblical Teaching and Preaching School.

Dwi Maria Handayani
Director, Asia and the South Pacific
Dwi joined the Langham Preaching team in July 2018 as the Associate Director for Asia. Originally from Indonesia, she now lives and works in Bandung, Indonesia, teaching Biblical Studies at the Bandung Theological Seminary. Dwi is a Langham Scholar having graduated in Old Testament Studies from the Asia Graduate School of Theology in the Philippines in 2017.
She has an elder sister, a younger brother, two nieces and two nephews who all live in Malang, Indonesia. She is passionate about working with youth through small group ministry as well as the teaching and preaching work she is involved with.

Mark Meynell
Director, Europe and the Caribbean
Mark started his involvement with Langham Preaching in 2002 when in Uganda. From 2005, he shifted to a more Europe focus, taking on his current role in 2014, although he has helped out at seminars in Latin America and Caribbean. He is married to Rachel, and they have two adult children and live in England, UK.
From 2001-2005, he taught and was acting Principal of Kampala Evangelical School of Theology (KEST) in Uganda; from 2005-2014, he was on the senior ministry team of All Souls, Langham Place, in London.
Passionate about relating Sunday faith to weekday life, his books include: Cross Examined (IVP, 2001), A Wilderness of Mirrors (Zondervan, 2015), What Makes Us Human? (Good Book, 2015), What Angels Long to Read (Langham Preaching Resources, 2017), When Darkness Seems My Closest Friend (IVP, 2018) and Colossians and Philemon for You (Good Book, 2018). He has recently completed a DMin in Cultural Apologetics at Covenant Theological Seminary, St Louis in the USA. He blogs at markmeynell.net and tweets at @quaerentia.

Ruth Slater
Associate International Programme Director
Ruth lives in England, UK and has worked for Langham Partnership since 2008. After several years of being involved with all three of Langham Partnership’s programmes, her work is now solely focussed on Langham Preaching. Ruth is committed to facilitating administrative excellence throughout the work of Langham Preaching. She is grateful for the privilege and joy of serving so many people around the world.
Ruth is married to Graham and they have two adult children who are both married.

Paul Windsor
International Programme Director
After spending seven years based in Bangalore, India, working as a consultant in communication and education, Paul has moved back to his home country of New Zealand. He has taught homiletics in different seminary contexts for thirty years and has been working with Langham Preaching since 2009. Prior to that he was Principal of Carey Baptist College, Auckland, New Zealand. He is married to Barby, and they have five adult children and five grandchildren.

Armand Dzadu
Associate Regional Coordinator, West Africa
Before joining Langham Preaching, Armand worked with GBUST, the Togolese International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES) movement for 16 years, firstly in charge of Fund Raising and then as General Secretary. Since 2013, he has been the supervisor for the IFES Francophone Africa triennial conference. He was involved in launching the preaching movement in Togo in 2013 and various training sessions across Africa since 2016, then joined the Africa Leadership Team as Associate Regional Coordinator for West Africa in 2022.
Armand is married to Mamante and they live with their 3 daughters in Lomé, Togo.

Chukwuemeka Egbo
Associate Director, Africa
Chukwuemeka served with NIFES, the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES) National Movement in Nigeria from 1993-2014. He was the founding coordinator of the NIFES Expository Bible Training Course from 2008-2010. He served as the Nigerian preaching movement coordinator for Langham Preaching from 2010 until 2016 and the regional coordinator for Anglophone Africa from 2015-2018. He is now the Associate Director for Africa.
Emeka is married to Amarachi and together with their three children, they live in Jos, Nigeria.

Mercy Ireri
Coordinator of Local Facilitator Training, Africa
Mercy has been involved with Langham Preaching since 2005 and has served as the Kenyan preaching movement coordinator, in 2017 took on the role of regional coordinator and in 2022 became the coordinator for facilitator training. Mercy has a background in the social sciences and has a MA in Rural Social Development from the University of Reading. This degree has proved very useful in her work with Langham Preaching.
Mercy is passionate about God’s word, working with people and teaching. Mercy lives just west of the city of Nairobi in Kenya.

Muhindo Isesomo
Regional Coordinator, Central Africa
Muhindo has been involved with Langham Preaching for many years. From 2005 he has served as the DR Congo preaching movement coordinator and since 2017 has been in the role of regional coordinator. He is the Anglican Bishop of North Kivu diocese in the DR Congo and lives in Butembo, in the east of the country. He is married to Kahambu Thèrese and they have six children.

Joseph Morenammele
Regional Coordinator, Southern Africa
Joseph served with Scripture Union and International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES) working with students on campuses in Lesotho from 1992. He later served IFES as Regional Secretary in Southern Africa. After 3 years of training with Langham Preaching in South Africa, he introduced the movement into his home country of Lesotho in 2013. He served as its first preaching movement coordinator until 2022 when he was appointed the Southern African Regional Coordinator. He is currently the Executive Officer of Lesotho Durham Link and a Rector of a small parish in Maseru. Joseph is also in charge of the Diocesan Christian Education Department.
He is married to Lineo and together with their 2 daughters, they live in Maseru, the Capital of Lesotho.

Victor Obeng
Regional Coordinator, West Africa
Victor trained in Mathematics education before studying an MA in Theology, Missions and Culture. He has held roles with the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES), Institute for Christian Impact and City to City Africa. He first came in to contact with Langham Preaching when he took part in the London Institute of Contemporary Christianity (LICC). In 2005 he was part of the first Langham Preaching seminar in Ghana. Victor joined the Africa Leadership Team in 2022 as a regional coordinator.
He is married to Esi Sekyeraa, who is the Headmistress of Abakrampa Senior High School, Ghana, where they live on campus. They have 4 children and help take care of many others.

Frank Shayi
Facilitator at Large, Africa
Frank trained as a primary school teacher and taught for seven years before joining Scripture Union of Southern Africa. He pioneered their work in Soweto and became the National Fieldwork Director, starting Ikemeleng Youth Centre in Alexandra and serving with them for 23 years. He joined the International College of Bible and Missions in 2003 and was Principal from 2005-2013.
Frank joined Langham Preaching in 2011 and has served as a preaching movement coordinator for South Africa, regional coordinator, now taking on the role of facilitator at large. He is married to Maria and they have four adult children and five grandchildren. They live in Johannesburg, South Africa where he pastors a small church.

Roland Tamini
Preaching Movements Capacity Building, Africa
Before joining Langham Preaching, Roland served as Secretary General of Union des Groupes Bibliques du Burkina, a student ministry affiliated with the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES). He was then trained in biblical preaching through the Cornhill Training Course in London, and has been actively involved in training preachers and launching a preaching movement in Burkina Faso.
Roland is married to Jedida and they have a daughter. They live in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.

Barbara Tumwine
Regional Coordinator, East Africa
Barbara attended the first Langham Preaching conference in Kampala, Uganda in 2002. She has a background in pharmacy and worked in different hospitals and health care settings from 2001 until 2018. During this time she was involved with Langham Preaching on a voluntary basis, including serving as the Ugandan preaching movement coordinator on various occasions. Barbara commenced in her current role as regional coordinator in May 2022.
She is married to Paul and they live in Jinja, Uganda and from this base they work together in the ministry of Langham Preaching across the East Africa region.

Praveen & Veena Bunyan
Regional Coordinator, India
Praveen and Veena were first introduced to Langham Partnership in 2003 when Dr John Stott and Dr Chris Wright visited the church they served in California. They have served as pastors in India and USA and now live in Hyderabad, India where they have been involved with Langham Preaching since 2016. They now enjoy serving together as a couple as the regional coordinators for India.
Veena and Praveen are passionate about spreading God’s word through biblical preaching in all of India’s 22 official languages. Both their children are married to godly spouses and they are blessed with one grandchild.

Kanat K
Regional Coordinator, Asia West
Kanat has been involved with Langham Preaching since 2009, initially joining as an translator in Langham Preaching seminars in one of the countries of Central Asia. He started serving within the local preaching movement leadership team and began his current role as regional coordinator in 2018.
Since 2006, Kanat’s main work has been in campus ministry, being a staff member of a local national student movement. In recent years, Kanat has served in a regional leadership role within the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES). With his wife Eliza and two children, Kanat lives in their home town in Central Asia.

Tukana Nakesu
Associate Regional Coordinator, South Pacific
Tukana has been involved with Langham Preaching since 2018, spearheading the Fijian preaching movement committee to host preaching seminars for local pastors and ministry workers. He pastors a small Baptist church in Suva, Fiji where he lives with his wife Olivia and three children. A keen fisherman who enjoys playing rugby.

Phil Nicholson
Regional Coordinator, East Asia
Phil is from Australia but has been serving as an OMF missionary in Taiwan since 1992. He has been involved with university student ministry, mission leadership and leadership training. He is married to Irene and they have three adult sons.
Phil joined Langham Preaching in 2016 and supports the ministry in nine countries across south East Asia from Myanmar to Indonesia and also in Mongolia.

Mee Fang Njoo
Associate Regional Coordinator, East Asia (East Malaysia and Timor Leste)
Mee Fang has been involved with Langham Preaching in Indonesia since 2012 as a trainer and writer of training materials. She is currently focussed on the development of the Langham Preaching movements in Sarawak, Malaysia and East Timor, due to the similarity of the languages spoken in Indonesia and these areas. In addition to her passion for preaching ministry, she also serves as a pastor in an evangelical church.
Mee Fang with her husband and daughter live in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Johnson Raih
Associate Regional Coordinator, India
Johnson first encountered Langham Preaching in 2011, during his time as the principal of a high school in Manipur. This experience confirmed he should preach, train fellow preachers and pursue his MTh studies (2013-2015), and PhD program (2016-2020) in preaching at South Asia Institute of Advanced Christian Studies (SAIACS), Bangalore. His published doctoral thesis is titled, Expository Preaching in a World of Spiritual Nominalism. Prior to joining Langham Preaching in 2022, he served as the senior pastor at Carey Baptist Church, Kolkata (2020-2022).
He and his wife Laldinmoi have two sons. Currently, Johnson pastors at the Naga Christian Fellowship, Hyderabad, where they live.

Stephen Williams
Regional Coordinator, South Pacific
Stephen’s work with Langham Preaching currently takes him to Tonga, Fiji, Vanuatu, the Solomon Islands and Papua New Guinea. He lives in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney, Australia, is married to Gillian and they have two adult sons. Most of his life has been spent in Anglican ministry in various parts of his native Australia, but also in the UK and Uganda.
He loves reading, bushwalking, rugby, teaching and preaching the Bible.

Slavko Hadžić
Associate Director, Europe and the Caribbean
Slavko first experienced Langham Preaching events in Croatia in 2008, and joined the team as regional coordinator in 2016. Originally from Mostar in Herzegovina (former Yugoslavia), he now lives in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina with his wife Sanja and their two grown up children. He has two passions in ministry: preaching and evangelism.
He was the pastor of an Evangelical church in Sarajevo for 15 years. Currently, he regularly speaks at evangelistic events across Europe (especially on university campuses through the Fellowship of Evangelists in the Universities in EuRope (FEUER)) and trains evangelists in the region alongside his work with Langham Preaching.

Sharon Mac Wilmshurst
Training and Integration Coordinator, Europe
Sharon has worked on the Europe & Caribbean Langham Preaching team since 2017. She has a focus on strengthening preaching clubs, assists in facilitating preaching seminars, and is the convenor of the Langham Preaching Women’s Advisory Group. She was a primary school teacher before she completed an MDiv at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. She was a pastor to university students at St Ebbe’s, Oxford from 2009-2015. From 2015-2019, Sharon lived in Vienna, where she supported various local ministries, led Langham preaching clubs, and worked closely with Langham Austria. In 2020 Sharon, her husband Jez and their son moved to the Republic of Ireland. She is passionate about training leaders and others to teach God’s Word and is excited to continue this ministry in her new setting.

Ewald Ring
Facilitator Training, Europe
Ewald has been involved in the Austrian Langham Preaching Movement since 2014 and started serving as a regional coordinator in 2019, now involved in facilitator training. He lives with his wife Constanze and their three children in Vienna, Austria where he pastors a church.
Previously Ewald studied English and German at the Universities of Graz, Austria and Manchester, England then worked with Österreichische Studentenmission (ÖSM), the Austrian International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES) movement from 2002-2008. He completed an MDiv at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in the USA and upon his return to Austria in 2011 he took on his current pastorate role.

Desmond Rogers
Regional Coordinator, Caribbean
Desmond has been involved with Langham Preaching in the Caribbean for over 10 years, since helping to launch the movement in Guyana, his homeland. From 2020, he began in the role of regional coordinator.
Desmond has served on staff with International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES)-related student ministry in Guyana and the Caribbean for more than 30 years. For fifteen of those years he served as Regional Secretary for English, French and Dutch Caribbean. He currently serves as the Presiding Elder at the South Road Full Gospel Assembly, in Georgetown, Guyana, where he lives. He is married to Lisa and they have three adult children.

David Valdez
Regional Coordinator, Western Europe
David’s father is from Ecuador and his mother is from the Flemish part of Belgium— and David was raised in the Belgian university towns of Leuven and Louvain-la-Neuve. He studied philosophy and theology and has served with the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES) movements in the United Kingdom and Belgium. He has been a pastor in Switzerland for the past 20 years as well as serving as a facilitator for Langham Preaching in francophone countries since 2009.
David is married to Fiona, originally from Northern Ireland. They have 4 children and currently live in Lavigny, near Lausanne in Switzerland.

Jorge Atiencia
Senior Advisor, Latin America
Jorge mentors the Regional Team in Latin America and he also was a member of the Global Leadership Team since its commencement in 2014 until 2019. Originally from Ecuador, Jorge has dedicated his energies to the formation of Bible expositors in Colombia and Latin America since 2000. He is married to Gail, and they have lived in Bogotá, Colombia for many years and have two adult children.

Alex Chiang
Regional Coordinator, Andean
Alex has been involved with Langham Preaching since 2007, and now has the responsibility to coordinate the work in Peru and Ecuador. He was born in the city of Lima, Peru, where he studied Sociology and Education, and where he now lives with his wife Elke and two children.
Prior to Langham Preaching, he served with the Asociación de Grupos Evangélicos Universitarios del Perú (AGEUP), a movement affiliated with the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES). He was also a pastor with the Christian and Missionary Alliance. Currently, he is a missionary with the South America Mission.

Dionisio Orjuela
Regional Coordinator, Central America
Dionisio was formerly a veterinarian as well as being very involved with university student ministry, affiliated with the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES). He is married, with two children, and lives in Ibagué, Tolima in central Colombia. His Langham Preaching responsibilities cover the whole of Central America and the Spanish-speaking Caribbean countries.

Wilfredo Weigandt
Regional Coordinator, Southern Cone
Wilfredo’s work with Langham Preaching supports the ministry in Argentina, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay. He is trained as an architect and has a Masters in Theology. He has previously served as the Argentine preaching movement coordinator from 2003 to 2017 and now has the role of regional coordinator. He lives in the city of Córdoba, Argentina.
